The $2.2M Turnaround
When a local distribution company came to us, they were on the brink of bankruptcy—$350,000 in debt and down to just the owner after a bad partnership. Against our better judgment, their story resonated with us. My husband and I dove in, analyzing their business front to back. We found the gaps, restructured their operations, and built strategic partnerships with over 80 retail outlets across California. In just 8 months, they hit $1.8M in sales and hired 12 full-time employees. By month 12, they broke $2.2M.
Building 2 Lifestyle Brands
I don't just advise—I've been in the trenches. My husband and I built two lifestyle brands entirely from scratch. Over three years, we grew highly engaged communities with over 20K Instagram followers each and generated a combined revenue of over $2.8 million. We successfully exited both brands in 2022, taking everything we learned about organic growth and scaling to help other businesses do the same.
Launching a Startup to $1M+
In 2023, we partnered with an Oklahoma-based startup founded by mechanical engineers. They had just finished building an incredible new machine but had no name, no branding, and no audience. We stepped in and built everything from scratch—logos, branded videos, a smart website, and a complete Go-To-Market strategy. Who's behind all this great work?
I'm Renee Kraus. I didn't take the traditional path into the world of AI and automations. I graduated from California State Dominguez Hills with a double major in Sociology and Communications, which taught me how people and systems connect. After spending time in commercial construction for one of LA's largest management companies and later moving into the non-profit sector, I learned exactly what it takes to build strong, scalable foundations.
In 2017, I took the leap and left to start Twenty Volt with my husband. Today, I combine my background in communications and operations with powerful AI tools to help small businesses grow efficiently. I've been in the trenches of building a business from the ground up, and my goal is to help you scale yours without the burnout.
